Refund & cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

Subscriptions run for the term stated on the order form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term; access continues until then.

2. Refund eligibility

• Annual plans: pro-rated refund of the unused term where cancellation is due to a material, unresolved service failure.
• Monthly plans: the current month is non-refundable.
• Setup, migration and custom integration fees are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Pilots

Pilot deployments may be discontinued at any time before conversion, with no further obligation on either side.

4. Candidate exam fees

Where an institution collects exam fees through QSmartExam, refunds to candidates are governed by that institution's own policy. We process approved refunds through the original payment method.

5. Requesting a refund

Send the institution name, invoice reference and reason to billing@qsmartexam.com. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
