Pricing is quoted annually around three things: the number of students you assess, the modules you switch on, and the level of support you need. There are no per-exam or per-question charges, so a busy examination month never produces a surprise invoice.

Can we start with one department and expand later?

Yes. Most institutions begin on Starter with a single department or batch, then move to Growth once the workflow is proven. Your question banks, blueprints and historical results carry over untouched when you upgrade.

Do you offer pilots or trials?

We run structured 30-day pilots with a real exam cycle rather than a sandbox. You get a configured workspace, imported question banks and a success engineer for the duration of the pilot.

Which AI modules are included in each plan?

Growth and Enterprise include the full AI set: question generation, difficulty prediction, auto-evaluation for descriptive answers, plagiarism checks and performance insights. Starter includes AI question generation and basic analytics, and other modules can be added individually.

Is AI evaluation reliable for descriptive answers?

AI evaluation produces a suggested score with a rubric-linked justification, and a human evaluator always confirms or overrides it. Institutions typically see evaluation time drop sharply while every score remains auditable and attributable.

What does AI proctoring actually monitor?

Face presence and identity checks, multiple-person detection, gaze and window-focus changes, audio anomalies and browser lockdown events. Every flag is timestamped and reviewable with evidence, so a human decides the outcome, never the model alone.

Is proctoring charged separately?

Proctoring is included in Growth and Enterprise for the students covered by your plan. On Starter it is available as an add-on, priced by the number of proctored attempts per year.

What happens if a student's internet drops mid-exam?

Answers are saved continuously on the device and synced as soon as the connection returns. The attempt resumes at the same question with the remaining time preserved, and the interruption is logged for the invigilator.

How long does onboarding take?

A single-department rollout is usually live within two weeks. A multi-campus university with SIS and LMS integration typically takes four to eight weeks, including data migration, role mapping and invigilator training.

Do you help migrate existing question banks?

Yes. We import from Word, Excel, CSV and most LMS exports, then map them to your subjects, blueprints and difficulty tags. Migration support is included on Growth and Enterprise.
